Project management

Project management includes planning all the necessary tasks including those concerning carrying out the project, financial costs, organization of jobs, monitoring and supervision of the realization of all of the project’s parts. Project management also includes constant communication with other participants and consultants, and foreseeing possible problems and obstacles in the realization, and taking measures to eliminate them. We continually report back to the coordinator of the project.
